Can Director of loss making pvt ltd have remuneration over 80lakhs.If no, does he have to change designation? Or a special resolution need to passed as per companies act 2013

Strict provisions related to director remuneration are not applicable to a private company in CA 2013. However Auditor may ask you the question for paying such high remuneration in case of loss making company.
