06 December 2014 hii..

i have a coaching institute in chandigarh having head office in punjab. now i need to get registration under service tax, my query is whether i should get registration of head office(punjab) or branch office(chandigarh) .my head office has zero turnover and all turnover and billing is of chandigarh branch

please help.. and thanks in advance.. :)

06 December 2014 Article assistant received completion form from ICAI. But i want to know that can CA do revised Form 108 i.e articleship completion form after received completion certificate from ICAI.

06 December 2014 Dear Rahul, it is NOT possible to make changes in Form 108 after the same has been accepted by ICAI.

12 December 2014 Any material misstatement in form 108 may be rectified subsequently. But then this is the LOOK out of the concerned CA. The articled need NOT take any tension.
