04 December 2010 HI FRIENDS!

CAN ANYONE TELL ME THAT WHETHER C.A.'S CAN MAKE A COMPANY? IF YES, THEN:

- WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR FORMATION OF THE COMPANY?

- WHO CAN BE THE SHAREHOLEDERS IN THAT COMPANY?

- WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF SHARE CAPITAL TO BE ISSUED?

- AND ALL OTHER IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS?

IF ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT IT, PLEASE REPLY TO THIS OR CAN MAIL ME AT raghavbansal_18 @ yahoo.co.in or CONTACT ME AT 093571-76753.

04 December 2010 NO my friend CAs can not make a company, and if you do so you can not carry any attestation work.

05 December 2010 A Chartered Accountant can form a company.

All the provisions of companys Act 1956, applies. In addition to this, the name shall first be approved from the Institute.

As the expert said, the company cannot carry on any attestation work, but can render any services of Management sercives etc., as mentioned in CA Act "under the caption Management Services"
