Owning a property by a proprietorship firm in its name, its validity, and any court authority on it?

While several Supreme Court judgments discuss property ownership and title, there are no reported Supreme Court decisions upholding property being registered in the name of a proprietorship firm as valid. In fact, they reinforce that property must be held in the name of an entity recognized by law, and a sole proprietorship is not such an entity.
