Can an article assistant show income other than stipend?

12 February 2017 if an article assistant is filling income tax/vat return on personal basis and earning fees as income,can he show this income in his income tax return or it will be not good for his articleship contract as per requirement of C.A.course?

12 February 2017 Yes, you can definitely show Other Income and there will be no problem. There is restriction on undergoing any full time job or course , not on doing such works as you do.
