Can a NRI become partner in Indian Company. If so, what type of company a NRI can become partner in and what are the obligation for nri partner.

Do you mean t say Partnership Firm or Company....Both are different forms of organisation....
Partnership Firms have partners whereas Company has Shareholders... which one you are referring?
