08 January 2008 MY FRIEND IS A CA. HE IS HOLDING COP. HE WANTS TO WORK IN TWO CAPACITY, ONE IS AS PROPERIETOR AS PRESENTLY HE IS WORKING IN HIS INDIVIDUAL NAME. SECOND HE WANTS TO JOIN A CA FIRM AS A PARTNER. CAN HE?

05 August 2011 A CA which having COP he can Work individual and can work in partnership with other CA and also become a Part time director in company.

But he must informed this to ICAI in From 06.
