I wan't to whethwer a broker can trade in securities listed on stock exchange.
If yes, what are the condition he shall fulfill.

yes, broker as well can trade in securities listed on stock exchange either personally or for his clients name, but should clearly mentioned. There is no bar in trading by broker under SCRA and relevant regulations.
