plz reply, if a candidate who appears for a written test conducted by a company participating in campus placements, then only upon clearing it successfully he can go for interview..
I want to know that if the company organises open interview, then can a candidate who previously not appeared for written test due to the fact of not been shortlisted by the company, can appear for open interview ?
