I had doubt on ST calculation in Restaurant.Please Clarify my Doubt,

For Example, Restaurant bill consists

1.Food Bill 100
2.Liquor 150
3.Beverages 100
4.Service Charge 35
5.Discount Allowed 50

Now ST Should be calculated on 385 or 335.Please Clarify.
