Can disallowance u/s43B will be added back for computing bookprofit & also any other disallowance made by ITO will affect my bookprofit

13 December 2011 If you are asking about computation of book profits u/s 115JB for the purpose of MAT, then disallowances will not affect the computation of book profits.

This is so because, computation of book profits is to be made as per Explanation 1 to Section 115JB.
