28 September 2017 Madam, but when I go through our professional ethics. the clause 4 of PART 1 states we can practice with llb.. please guide me through this

29 September 2017 As per BCI Rules:- "An advocate shall not enter into a partnership or any other arrangement for sharing remuneration with any person or legal practitioner who is not an advocate." So, answer is no.
