i have passed ipcc 1st group and my ca final exam in may 2013 but i could not cleared my 2nd group till. so i have a confusion that ipcc registration failed or not. means that whether can i appear for 2nd group in may 2013 in my old registration.

yes you can appear for the second group under the existing registration. However, you need to file a fresh examination form and pay applicable exam fees.
