Ca final studies and coaching

My Attempt is Due on May 2015,

1. What Coaching are Necessary to be taken ?
2. What Subject we can do Self also ??

3. I heard about the New company Law, So shall i start with the Old Company book or wait for the new company law bill ?

I Cleared IPCC Both Group Without Coaching except for Account and tax

25 February 2013 1 & 2. Since you have cleared IPCC without coaching in few subjects, you would be the best person to decide upon the same.

3. You can start with Old Company Law. Even if new law would be applicable at the time of your attempt, the changes can be handled without much trouble.
