09 February 2014 Respcted sir,
I had cleared my inter examination now IN NOVEMBER 2013 i want to get myself registered for CA-fianl,but i am very worried due to new company act 2013 as due to this changes it will affect syllabus of many subjects OF FINAL ,so i want to ask when should i got myself register so it will be good for me according to changes that will going to take due to new companies Act 2013.should i get myself register so that i will get the books from institute and start my preparation?

09 February 2014 you will have anyways have to buy new books about 10 months before the exams...so not point in delaying the CA final registration...what if ICAI increase the registration fees?? so you still end up paying the same amount as you may have to if you buy new ICAI material later..

13 February 2014 in such case u pay the reg fees and get registered but dont accept any module and ask them that u want it 1 year b4 ur attempt it is allowed as my brother have done same

14 February 2014 yes after making payment just ask them to give u acknowledgement adn tehy will write behind the acknowledgement that books yet not given and will be signed by the concerned official.. my brother had personally done this just check it out in ur regional chapter.
