06 August 2015 my attempt of ca final is in nov 2016. i want to study icsa from inst study material. i have may 2013 (revised) study material. plz tell me is it updated or not should i study from it or arrange any other notes. thanks in advance

06 August 2015 You can very well start studying from the said study material. Please note that VOLATILITY in syllabus is not too much to get scared of.

06 August 2015 Hi,

To be on a safer side, always use updated Study Material to avoid confusion and risk.

Further, as per my opinion always prefer to use latest books, Practice manuals and Revision Test Papers as there are small amendments in almost all the chapters of ISCA and especially in chapter 1 and 8.

You may be spending a little more money, but that can fetch you extra marks for sure. Hence, pick latest ICAI study material applicable for November 2015 attempt along with Practice manuals and Revision Test Papers uploaded or to be uploaded by ICAI for November 2015 exams.
