sir how to check that m eligible for ca final attempt actually i have taken 96 days leave in first year n 20 days in 2nd year my articlshp starts from sept. 2013 end. i wanna know abt my provisional attempt

leave per se has no bearing as such so long as they are within the rule " 1 day leave for every 6 days worked"
In your case if you propose to take 40 days leave in third year, it will fit well within the above rule; making your leave = 156 and entitlement =156. This will not push your articleship to a next date.
