hi .. i have registered for articleship under my ca from 15-02-2012 . i have group 2 pending of ipcc .. i would be giving exam this may 2014 .. and if i pass then will i be able to give my ca final exam in nov 2014 attempt .. my article ship is due to be completed on 14-02-2015 ... plz help me ...

yes you should be able to. but you need to ensure that upon clearing group 2, you immediately register for the finals. This is important because between IPCE result declaration and exam form filing, there is a very small window.
