when will get my ca final attempt i join articles in june 2014

A candidate can appear in Finals if he/she had done 30 months of Articles and is pursuing last 6 months of Articles. So in ur case it comes to May'17 Coz 30 months comes to Dec'16.

u need to complete continous period of 2 years and 6 months for becoming eligible for the same.
