I have completed my articleship.
Can my CA final exam application be signed by the Member of the Institute (Other than the Practicing Chartered Accountant)?
If yes, whether seal of the member of the institute is mandatory?

it can be signed by any CA. no seal is not mandatory (it is mandatory if the form is signed by a gazetted officer)
