CA & CS,Is there any problem?

09 July 2011 i am a b.com graduate & a CA final student,my articleship will be completed in jan 2012 & my attempt is due in may 2012.i want to know that if i apply for CS(inter) for june 2012 exams,then will it create a problem in terms of articleship of CS i.e. by the time my articleship of CS starts,my CA will be completed & in that case i will be doing a job..
so i would like to know how would i deal with job & CS articleship at a time?
can the job experience be treated as CS training or is there any way by which i can be allowed to do CS training along with job
