YOU CAN DO TILL YOU QUALIFY FOR IPCC,, no restrictions are there
once you qualified ipcc you need to attend for ca articleship then you are not eligible to do b.com regular course
b.com distance course is allowed by taking permission from icai in form 112
please note ,, no restriction till you join for articleship

B.com regular course is also allowed..if an undertaking is submitted to the institute signed by the college authorities..that the student will attend college till 10.00am..
not all students are opting for distance education
