CA CERTIFICATE For Foreign Remittance

This query is : Open

Quick Summary
When importing non-physical goods like software or data via the internet, or drawings/designs via email/fax, a Chartered Accountant's certificate is often required. This certificate confirms receipt of the goods and that customs authorities have been notified. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) provides instructions for this, typically involving filing Forms 15CA and 15CB. If you've already filed these forms, you should inform customs and ensure the necessary certificate is issued.
