CA are at par with MBA finance in Banking Sector. Also many bank prefers CA's over MBA/CFA.

21 December 2013 in addition to Vaibhav's advice, it is advisable that CAs keep working on their soft skills as most of the client relationship work, treasury desks etc are hogged by soft-skill trained MBAs. We, CAs, though are good with rules and numbers, often lack on soft skills part.

So, that being good at soft skills can give you double edge over MBAs.
