24 April 2015 Dear Experts,please suggest me how to get terminated in 3rd year of articleship?
if i terminate on medical ground my final attempt in november 2015 is shifting ahead.
So suggest me the appropriate option so that my atyempt should not get disturbed.
Actual i think to take on marriage basis but am unmarried? so can i produce duplicate marriage certificate???

please help me it's urgent

24 April 2015 dont u do this dear... it can effect you in future...

either try for secondment of article.. else u had to give a proper reason from the said list given by inst for termination

28 April 2015 Sir, my principle is not giving leave for Final.Again secondment of articles means i have to undergo articles under same CA but regarding work i have to work under another CA that means atlast my principal (old) only has to sign on completion of service certificate on completion of articles.

This will impossible for me sir.

However he is not paying stipend at least as per ICAI rules, so can i take it as reason to terminate??

28 April 2015 you can complain regarding this to ICAI with all ur bank account proofs

28 April 2015 not paying stipend as per ICAI Rules means irregular payment of stipend.
So based on this ground can i have termination sir??

28 April 2015 Yes i have bank A/c on Office address.But will my boss sign based on this reason to terminate??
Will this effect my boss??Will ICAI ask my boss reason for irregular paymnet??
In case trouble to my boss due to this he never sign sir.....

28 April 2015 But first i need to take permission from ICAI specifying the reason in a letter & in that letter my boss has to sign. or can i send the letter for permission without my boss sign?

28 April 2015 actually sir didnt open bank a/cs on our name, i myself opened bank a/c on office addree on 19/01/2015 & he pay stipend in cash of Rs. 2,000/-

28 April 2015 your case is getting much more complicated.. as u had told on half details in starting.. now adding more points to that...

u said from starting u r not getting stipend

nw u saying u r getting stipend in cash

how many months u had joined there??

and for how many months u got stipend in cash ??
