After passing IPCC both groups, is it compulsory to register for final alongwith article ship or final registration can be done separately later Only article ship is register

It is not mandatory to register article ship with final. You can take registration in article ship firstly then you should register in final.
As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

If you are joining articleship after completion of both groups it is mandatory to register with articleship along with ICAI final regitration
