Please conform whether final attempt will postpone if transfer is taken in 2nd year of articleship,if the transfer is taken within the grounds specified by Institute.

07 September 2015 My native place is Karimnagar.But for the purpose of articleship i came to hyderabad and staying in hostel.I hav completed my 1 yra of training.But now i wanted to take transfer as my mom health condition is not good i need to help her.I thought of keeping medical grounds but many of them are saying that my final attempt will get postponed for medical reason is it right??Can i keep parents transfer reason, but what proofs i should keep??will the institute agree vd my reason??

07 September 2015 transfer in the second year can be taken if any of the following conditions is satisfied.

If your case fits well into any of the above, you may opt for transfer.

It has per se no bearing on delay of your final attempt.

07 September 2015 Transfer of a working parent to another city involving a distance of minimum 50 kms (on production of a certified copy of the transfer order and the proof of relocation to another City)

My father is business man sir.What can i give them as prrof for above reason.

Prima facie your case does NOT fit into that case of transfer. It is meant for those parents who are subject to transfer. Thank god that your parents are NOT in transferable job.

07 September 2015 if your parnts are relocated, then you can goby that reason. Please do not try to MANIPULATE the facts. It will harm you in due course.
