1.Can a CA practice along with being a Insurance agent?
2. Can a CA in employment with Insurance Company have his own practice or a partner in CA Firm?

CA in practice can't be a insurance agent. CA in employment can't practice or a partner in a CA firm.

you can not be insurance agent. and also when you in employment then you cannot done practice or partner in a firm.
