I need to issue some C forms to my suppliers, does it required to issue C form including the value of CST or excluding the amount of CST?

Dear Sir,
the bare reading of the provision and the prescribed form, wherein the word "amount" mentioned in form-c refers to the cost of material purchased by the purchaser. Cost of material for the purchaser includes cst also. Therefore form-c value should include cst also.
