Can anyone tell me the time limit for buyer to give c form to the seller? And please tell me the consequences if any the buyer has to face??

Mr Kamal,
"C" forms are to be filed within three months of sale done by you. If they are not filed in time before the concerned authority you will have to pay full rate of tax. Now the buyer has to bear the difference.
