For entire quarter person issue only 1 C form , but within how many days it have to be issued?

As per Central Sales Tax (Registration & Turnover), third Amendment Rules 2005, it is required to submit "C" Forms within three months from the last date of Expiry of Quarter in which the despatches has been made.

Three Months from Which you made sales otherwise you have to pay Actual VAT which is applicable on your Product.
