Dear Sir,
We have received material by our supplier from Daman (UT) In that bill they has mentioned 'Sold Under Form "C"'. but not charged CST amt.
kindly advice- Can we apply for C Form to Sales Tax Department ? if yes, on which basis ???

YOU CAN GET C FORM IN ADVANCE OR ON THE BASIS OF PURCHASE BILLS

You have to issue the C forms. since this is inter state purchase.
