Please help me, how to correct the issued C form for the period july to September ( Quarter 2 )

Correction process will take long time. you need to apply for correction with your CTO along with original C form issued mentioning the reason for correction. the process may take 4 to 5 months. once submitted C form you cannot use that form till the correction
