But in such case, How to issue C form to the Creditor.

Because it never matches the dates of receipt of goods and the date of bill.

and if the bill entered by Goods recd.date
how can we send the C form

04 May 2010 fill C form requisition form for Bill date period and show Bill to department he will issue C form and you will issue to party.

departmnet will not ask for date of entry in books because its a govt rule that when material recd should be entered in Books of purchase.
