dear sir if all origioanl c form was lost that time duplicate copies accepted or not

which year the case is?
Now a days...C forms are issued online...so automatically you get a trail on net/web
But if it is OLD case.....you need to give INDEMNITY bond for the same.

If you misplaced and/or lost C form, in that case it is advisable to collect a copy of counterfoil of C form from your customer and submit the same before the authority. You are require to file an FIR stating that the impugned C forms are either misplaced or lost.
