09 August 2013 c form for issue by you for out state purchases made by you.

at present it issue quarterly from
april-june

purchases noramally @ 2% agst full rate of tax

then you get form from your state sales tax deptt.
and then these form seller produce with its sales tax deptt. for avoid penality for non submission of C form. otherwise iit have to pay full tax on goods purchase by you .
