There is a co-operative society which has a contract(maintenace contract of society) with other company.And co-operative society has a Fixed deposits amount which gets interest from the same.As per the contract the income and expense are to be booked in books of the company.(so income & ependiture account is NIL in the books of cooperative society). Now TDS on deposits have been reflected in ATS of co-operative society.So what can be done over here.Who can claim TDS? or What's the necessary entry can be passed in co-operative society in Income exp A/c? or what other decision can be taken?

Whether I can apply for a "C" form with the department on giving details of my Purchase Order and suppliers Proforma Invoice, for the material will be supplied by the supplier. I am a registered dealer under CST

No You should have to update and furnish your Purchase Invoice details as well to apply C Form
