Can you please let us know whether the companies can develop its business plan before registering the company at ministry of corporate affairs.

Your advice will be highly appreciated.

without registration under ROC co. promotors can make only co. incorporation exp. and make formality for registration of company.'

if promoters make exp. then you can not calim the exp, due to bill will name of promoters. if its huge amount how can you prove under various tax authorities.

I want to ask that, as you know every company have to develop its business plan( projection of next 3 to 5 years of company.) . i want to start a company so can i make business plan before i get registration of certificate from ministry of corporate affairs.
