i am proprietor in shirts and pants stiching garments shop and ready made lunkies purchase and sales shop. what under head business code no. i am filling ITR.
help me.

05 March 2014 if your turnover is less than 1 cr, you are required to file return in ITR4S except where you want to claim profit less than 8%. In such case you shall be required to file ITR4 and get urself audited under 44AB.
