May not be an asessee friendly budget. Eg:- Look at today's Economic Times. Govt. may increase ST to 12%.

Expected:-
1. Relief to Cement Industry, Steel industry, Construction Industry and all other infrastructure development industries.
2. Relief to common tax payer by way of increase in exempted income limit, increase in 80C type sections limit.
3. Something new to grab the fraudulent persons.
