Job placements after becoming a c.a

Dear Sir/Madam

I hv appeared for my final CA attempt in May 2014 & Im quite confident of clearing my exams.So can ul plz guide me as to how to apply in Big4s and other good companies or banks after results. If anyone can plz provide me with contact no.s and email ids to forward my cv there.

Itr 4 or 4s

Sir,
I had filed ITR 4 for an assessee for FY 12-13. But for FY 13-14, the said assessee is satisfying conditions of 44AD, so can I file ITR 4S for FY 13-14 without revising ITR of FY 12-13

Please help me soon.

Shareholder's meeting

Dear Member,

As per Companies Act 2013, for the Shareholders meeting of a Wholly owned Subsidiary Company, for a Quorum do we need to have the Physical Presence of All the Shareholders or the Proxies would suffice the purpose???

Would appreciate if suggested with relevant sections.
