It is to be attached with e-form GNL-2. Due date of DPT-4 is 30.06.2014 if there is any deposit due on 31.03.2014 appearing in balance sheet of that date.

As per latest information the due date is extended up to 30th Aug. 2014. DPT-4 shall be attached with GNL-2 along with list of depositors and CA certificate. Thanks
