I am in my first year articleship and recently been diagnosed with medical ailment. First i requested my principal to grant me transfer without making him know about my medical condition as we belong to same community and didnt want to disclose my ailment. After constant rejection for transfer i gave up and showed him my reports The office environment is not comfortable for my health and i need a transfer. He has now stopped responding to my calls and mail. I am not able to attend office as i am not well since past 10 days. What should be done now ?

iv) Order office supplies and maintain inventory
v) Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
vi) Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

viii) Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
ix) Record and prepare minutes of meetings
x) Arrange travel schedules and make reservations

3) Executive assistants
Executive assistants co-ordinate administrative procedures, public relations activities and research and analysis functions for members of legislative assemblies, ministers, deputy ministers, corporate officials and executives, committees and boards of directors. They are employed by governments, corporations and associations.
Main duties
Executive assistants perform some or all of the following duties:
i) Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures for officials, committees and boards of directors
ii) Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports and prepare and co-ordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports to executives, committees and boards of directors
iii) Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings
iv) Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors
v) Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others on behalf of executives, committees and boards of directors to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action
vi) Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations on behalf of executives, committees and boards of directors.

I would like to know who has to dissolve a private trust. Whether the Settlor, Trustee or the Beneficiaries. Likewise who has to dissolve the Public Trust. Whether General body meeting is must. Whether we have to approach the Charity Commissioner/Court for dissolution of trust.

My client having propritorship converted to partnership firm & transfered all asset & liabilities on 01/04/2015 to partnership firm and filled return for f.y 2015-16 showing income from partnership firm in itr 4 by mistake.now he had receive notice for defective return now how to response it. The error code is 310 i.e file Profit & loss a/c & balancesheet.
but as said earlier the p&l and balancesheet has no value as all asset and liabilities is transfered to partnership fiem via capital a/c. and the original return was filled belated. so what to do pls help me out. can i correct form itr 3 in response.
