07 July 2017 sir, I am a salary earner employee now I would like to know whether my wife can claim 50% of the interest earned on FD in my name as her share. & if yes Tdsdedcted on my FD can be refunded

08 July 2017 No possibilities for this sir. As TDS booked on your PAN and FD on your name. But in future you may change it from you to your wife by splitting some FD on her name and PAN.
