I did my re-validation of registration for CA final today. I am preparing for May 2018 attempt. Which course is applicable to me, old one or do I need to switch and study the new CA FINAL course/?

We have to make payment(7500 USD) to a Russian company regarding software license. So is it TDS and RCM will apply for this transaction? If so How much? and what Is the best way to reduce the taxation?

We are not importing anything to India only taking software license through online.

I have a query that in case house loan is taken as co-borrower i.e mother and son but ownership is in the name of mother only then can son claim deduction of interest and principal (as whole EMI paid by son --- mother has no income source)

assessee has refund for AY 2017-18. while seeing the status it is showed as Account has been closed - Electronic credit rejected by the bank of the assessee as the account number provided to the ITD has been closed. Dear Experts, My articleship was commenced on 25th April 2016, according to that my 2nd year would be completed on 25th April 2018, As i want to join Industrial Training in which month i should join the same ? , because i can't join in May 2018 as i will be appearing in Nov'2018 Exams so i need leave from July 2018, Plus i have to complete two new training as per revised scheme. and if i join form May i won't be able to appear in May 2019 Exams (In case i failed in Nov'2018) because as per ICAI rules Articleship has to be completed (With Extension) before giving 2nd attempt. So from May & June ( 2 Months) + November (Mid) to April (5.5)= 7.5 Months and Industrial training has to be 9 to 12 Months. So can i join IT before starting from my 3rd Year of Articleship ?
