I purchase a Flat on May'2011 at a cost of Rs.35.00 lacs which is completely under Construction and got the possession on 07.02.2015 after making the Final Payment to the Builder on 01.02.2015.
Please note that, I also made the payment for Annual Maintenance of Rs. 2000/- every year to the Flat Owners Association for the said Flat.
On 09.07.2018 I sold the Flat amounting Rs.45.00 lacs ( Market Value has been decided to Rs.53.00 lacs on which the Buyer paid the Stamp Duty and Registration fees as applicable.) and handover the Flat to the buyer.
Should I Consider the Year of Possession i.e. 07.02.2015 as Indexed Cost of Purchase for Compute theTax Liability on Capital Gain ??
Your valued advice help me out to deposit the Tax in time, if any .

after entering and validating all details , i pressed save xml [itr-2] . it saved and gave a path but while uploading the same file it says XML sceme is invalid. pl upload in correct scheme. It says te value of Ver. 1.0 of element ITR form .sceme is invalid. The JAVA of ITR-2 form is also not opening. Pl help me.

in case i have income from business profession and agriculture income,
can i use ITR - 3 with "No account Maintain" section provided in B.S. and P&L pages without filing entire details in B.S. and P&L in ITR - 3 ??
My file has gone for audit for ay 2018-19 and i am the proprietor of the firm.I have taken loan from a individual and given to some other person on interest.I have taken lian in my name.My auditor told me that i cannot give loan by taking loan.I have to pay penalty for violation of income tax loan laws.
What penalty will I have to pay now, Is it violation of income tax rules that loan cant be given by taking loan.

Sir, we are providing the services of architectural services to Municipal Corporation's , as seen from the above notification the nil rate for the payment of GST are shown in the column no 4 .
Kindly clarify whether the GST is applicable to us for providing the pure service to Municipal Corporation.

Assessee has received notice for recovery for a.y. 2008-09.
Assessee has received compensation in f.y. 2007-08 regarding death of her husband at work. But it was not shown in ROI. Further TDS was deducted from compensation was adjusted against demand.
Assessee does not have any other taxable income.
Then how to go further with response to the notice????
