What if TDS amount as per TDS Certificates is more but while filing return of income we short claim it?? Time for revised return is elapsed. AO considered TDS what is claimed in return and not what should have been to our credit. What is remedy to get full credit after receiving intimation??

Company X providing card swiping machines to various murchants and getting service charges for the same, all transactions are routed through card issuing bank and a settlement bank. Company X getting service charges from various merchants in turn Company X paying commissions to card issuing bank and settlement bank for their service.
