Dear Experts,

I request to clarify the doubts pertaining to the Consequences in Resignation of Founder Trustee in a Public Charitable Trust.

I am one of the Trustee in a Registered Public Charitable Trust. In which there are some disputes with regard to Approval of Accounts between the Trustees.

Two of the existing Trustees are living in abroad & tendered their resignation, Now the Founder Trustee of the Registered Charitable Trust had also tendered his Resignation.

As per Articles of the Trust Deed "the Trust is Irrevocable."

My doubt is whether if the Founder Trustee resigns, should the Public Charitable Trust should have to merge with some other trust with same doing activity or what is the consequences to the other trustee's if founder trustee resignation is accepted in the Trust Board Meeting.

Should the Trust been dissolved or it cannot continue to be a part of trustee, and the Assets and deposits should have to be attached with some other trust?

I REQUEST THE EXPERTS TO KINDLY CLARIFY THE SAME AND SUGGEST HOW TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION DUE TO RESIGNATION OF FOUNDER TRUSTEE?

FYI. The Trust was registered in TAMILNADU with the O/o. the Sub Registrar, with the Registered Office of the Trust Jurisdiction concerned.

In Bill to Ship to system, A delivers the goods to C by the instruction of B with invoice and e-way bill. Again, an invoice from B has to be issued to C.
My doubt , Plz let me know whether B has to issue that invoice to C on the same day of transaction or not ?

Assessee files quarterly GSTR 1 Returns

IFF for Feb 21 was filed by including Jan & Feb 21 Invoices, credit notes and amendment to B2B Invoices

Now when GSTR 1 of March 21 quarter is to be filed does all this information with regard to Jan & Feb 21 months needs to be uploaded again or information of only March 21 invoices needs to be uploaded

Dear Sir/Madam, Please help me know how to get rid of if all B to B Sales invoices have been shown in B to Cs in GSTR-1 for the FY-2020-21.

Now I want to sell this in (2001), I do not want to buy any flat. How will the proceeds will be accounted?

Assessee uploads GSTR 1 quarterly
However IFF summary was uploaded in Feb 21 by including January & February 21 Invoices. Also credit noted were uploaded and amendment to B2B Invoice was also carried out

Now while filing GSTR 1 should all these above invoices of Jan & Feb 21, Credit Notes and amendments to B2B Invoices should be uploaded again ?

Hello Everyone,
I have just completed my second group of IPCC and now I am planning to give my final first group exams in Nov 21. But the problem is i have taken too many leaves during my articleship due to some health problems. Actually the thing is my articleship tenure is from 22nd May 2016 to 23rd May ,2019 and during this tenure i took approx 1.2 year leave and i filled my completion form on 2nd Feb,2020 with late fees. and now my articleship portal's status shows Total leaves 476 days and excess period to be served 418 Days.
So should I had to serve my extension immediately after submission of my completion form (ie immediately after 2nd feb,2020) or I can still start serving my extension ? is there any time limit for serving extension?
And Why is this difference between total leaves and excess leaves to be served ? is this exemption is because of allowed exam leaves?

I know my case is complete mess! but please guide me what should i do now?
And What can i do now to be eligible for my final exams as soon as possible.
