Hi,

I have 2 house on which i have taken a housing loan. One is self occupied and another is let out.

In case of a self occupied house i have claimed interest on housing loan. there is no principal repayment.

In case of another property which is letout, i have dedudcted housing loan interest from rent received.

But my question is that can i claim principal repayment for this another house which is being letout under section 80 as deduction..?

When an assessee filed his Ist ITR then is it necessary to show profit from share business?

Started their Bussiness : 01/09/2010.


Now Whether I can File my Returns for the AY 2011 12 2012-13 and 2013-14.

If a company had paid more than 90% of the Advance Tax, whether Section 234 B shall apply. (Company had TDS to the extent of more than 92% of the assessed tax)

Company is proposing to file ITR for
AY 2011-12.
