What are the rules for appointment of a cost auditor? How should an auditor be appointed if commercial production of the plant commences in March of a FY for the first time? Will cost audit be required for March?

We have a client who has long term capital gain during the A.Y.2013-14 around 13 lacs & she also has income from tutions around 3 lacs.

While computing her Advance tax liability, I want to make it clear that whether I can avail the benefit of slab while computing the tax on long term capital gain or at flat 20%?

Please help me out.

I've imported goods from England and paid SAD of about Rs.200000 on them..
These goods have been sold against H form and no sales tax / VAT has been paid on the sale..

Will I be eligible for SAD refund since I've not paid tax on sale ?

We are comes under 100% automatic route, we already received the funds through authorized delar from the NRI for share application money. we already send the intimation to RBI about the funds received,we are not liable for prior approval from FIPB.

whether FIPB intimation also required??? or not.

My father has taken mediclaim policy in his name, usually I use to pay premium from my account & take tax benefit u/s. 80D. This year my father has paid premium form his account later I gave him a cheque equal to the premium.
Could I take benefit u/s. 80D for med. ins. premium for parents. Though I have not paid to insu. provider from my account but I have reimbursed it to my father. ultimately it has been paid from my chargeable income to tax.

Was short by 8 marks
I have applied for revaluation
If I get a positive result from revaluation
After that will ICAI allow me to apply for second group for may 13
As in now i have applied for group 1 again May 13...
Please help !
